I tell them where the mistake is, I tell them how to correct it, i give advices, and I never complain. It works very well, the authors appreciate it, and they improve in the right way, without being criticized

When you complain, you're not helping at all, you're just complaining, that's all there is to it. There's absolutely no help in that, and it doesn't show them how to improve. Grow up a bit please
