Honestly the story is too slow paced. The MC is a bit bland for my taste. I am a fan of dracula, heck even my main hero in MLBB is Alucard with the Dracula skin. It's just that it's missing something, something that would get readers hooked. I don't know the right words, but it's definitely missing something.

Not going to argue on any of your points(they are there). Since it's like you said slow-paced (but let's not exaggerate it because it's not really that slow-paced). If you reach volume 2 you'll see the pace of the story going faster, like 2-4 chapters per event. The something that it's missing to get the readers hooked question. I thought of that at some point in time, and I can give you the answer to that question. It's the fact that I choose to develop and the world( Kingdom) too much too quickly and sometimes go into info-dumping that the majority of average webnovel readers used to fast-paced stories don't have the patience to sit more minutes to read. Because of I don't know "the house is burning or something (lol)." Since I understand this specific problem, from end of Volume 1 to Volume 2 - current I no longer bother myself with those, instead keep it clean and simple for the average Joe. However, if you really start reading patiently and get used to my story pace, there's a lot of things inside, and it will be worth the journey. Heck, you can even skip to Volume 2 because you'll get the idea of what's going on in the story, even after skipping from I don't know chapter 20-24. But I don't recommend it. So the conclusion to the problem you feel inside my story. You're right about the story not hooking average webnovel readers because of the slow-paced start of Volume 1 which gets better with events happening in the story.

I agree that slow paced and kingdom building are also kinda boring. But but but the uniqueness of the story are real deal and the flow of the story is best for me. Well most of op fanfic fans needs a grandest hype you know like wrecking something big or killing big names in op, so that is why he said that there is something missing or lacking about the story.

Totally agree, but we will reach a point in the story where there will be lots of big names from the canon being killed. You just need to have the patience to stick around that long because is not like I will abandon those projects.

You have a point, but in my opinion, slow paced ff aren’t bad(the only slow paced I hate is cringe childhood when the mc is 30y old and act like a child without any oblivious reason like deceiving his parents, or his body have effect on his mental age) anyway for me a good world building it’s when it grow with the mc, info dump is boring when it will be used 50 chp after, ok foreshadowing is cool and all but it also booring, for me a good world building is when it grow with the mc, having 3/5 chp where the author can put the context of the world(a good base), while the mc have little to average knowledge about it, and then having have investigate, talk with the folk etc.. anyway sorry for my English
