The problem isn't that they are both tigers, it's that they both have human-like intellect. He knew what he was doing, and saw that she had similar intellect as him. It's still rape either way, just because "all male tigers" may have done it doesn't make it not rape.
Readable:He didn’t rape a woman they are tigers,and any female tiger would fight back so all male tigers rapist technically, if you want to use that term for an animal.
She was not as smart as a human at the time, and he didn’t attribute her higher than average smarts at that time to a human conscience. Every male feline animal will *rape* a female, because they only consider whether you are strong enough to stop them, pregnant, and able to give birth, and females will test if you are strong enough or they just don’t want to. In the end unless they are strong enough to stop the male, they getting raped simple. Basically he wouldnt be able to have kids unless, he *raped* a female tiger.
