What a surprise, another pet novel is picked instead of other good novels. Sick and tired of this genre at this point. Hope that this repetitiveness is fixed and that other good novels are given a chance instead.

Are you reviewing the genre or the book? If the it's the latter then is this book too much similar to other books of its genre? Otherwise it's a little unfair to rate a book only via its genre without reading? Maybe this isn't where you should complain because most already know that this platform really sucks..
I am reviewing it by the genre, which at this point has become as tasteless as the standard cultivation novel. Its not fair to this novel, I know that, but at this point when I see original, interesting works being neglected in favour of another pet novel it just makes me lose hope for the interesting ones to ever be translated. 😔
