Ok. I've read till the last chapters, here we go. First of all, WARNING TO NEW READERS: You'll have a lot of things to ignore on the first chapters. The emotes rarify themselves a lot on the latest chapters so that's one good thing, and he stops pressing enter at the end of every sentence too. So HAVE HOPE! That's the only critical flaws I found writing-wise. Story development-wise, I won't say it's the best I've ever seen, and I mean the man calls himself the trolling master so I mean yea... The POV are sometimes all over the place, and there's little things you could nitpick, but overall, I'll say it and I have pretty high standards, the story was enjoyable. Came here after reading Yggdrasil's pupil, so I knew it was gonna get better. I was right! It does get better. The carefree style of the author stays, but at least you understand what's happening, and how hilarious it is ;) The world-building makes out a pretty dark world, outlining the naïve character of the MC. Naïve, but not stupid, though! Sometimes, I was shocked by how creative the MC's plan were. He just bad at talking to people, leading to lots of misunderstandings. In short, read it ;)

Aight, I've read till the latest chap so here we go 1:Tips for new readers, turn off your common sense and serious mode, this is one wild and crazy ride, do not expect common sense as the Mc and his abilities are beyond that. 2:This work is and I quote, 'a shitpost' and 'the junk food of webnovel'. But it's the good kinda shit and delicious type of junk food. It's meant as one of those works you go to when you had a bad day and badly need a laugh, just like a meme. 3:The English and grammar is good, no problem whatsoever reading it, the pov change is stated as well so you won't break your head analyzing who's who. 4:The Mc does a lot of misunderstanding, and by that a lot, I mean A LOT, that's one of the good parts of this work though, so try not to think to much about it. Like I said, turn off those common sense. 5:The Mc doesn't act the stereotypical Mc type.....so don't expect him killing left and right just cause someone look down on him...no, I'm pretty sure they'll die or get beaten up due to his work, one way or another. 6:The update is stable, it's daily if I'm not mistaken. 7: Also, one of the chaps made me cry....granted, I cry quite easily but still...just shows you that deep down this crazy Mc, is a normal human being...not so normal but this kinda speaks volumes, It kinda feels like deep down a brainless zombie...is a beating heart♥...also pun intended and yeah sounds kinda cringy. Anyways, good work author! Keep up the good work. I'm a fan now....also, lemme be shameless for a bit and promote my work here😂all over the place, you don't mind do you author-sama?

I am now beyond chapter 350 and it is high time to give this story a review. Fair warning - this review is LONG! Let's start with the obvious. The author writes in his own unique style. The writing directly depicts the thoughts of the mc. These often drift from one topic to another and depict the mc's quirkiness in all its glory. I enjoy how the mood of the mc is depicted in the sentence structure itself. For example when he is dejected and down, sentences get very rigid and short while when he is curious and feels welcome it becomes a lot more descriptive. Regarding typos and grammar, the novel has some mistakes every now and then but not to the extent of being bothersome. The beginning of TUG is a rough one. The story got me confused at first and seemed very aimless which in turn didn't keep me very invested into it. Only when the mc declares the existence of the unnamed god, does the story start to pick up. It takes until approximately chapter 100 until the style of writing gets more solid in both expression and humor. The funny thing is that after getting beyond the rough start I became more and more addicted to the strangeness and found myself binging the entire thing in very little time.  Reasons for why I binged so much are that the story develops a particular flow. With events happening from the mc's perspective, which only get you guessing at what catastrophic events he will set in motion and trying to read between the lines for what is truly happening beyond the comprehension of the mc. Then the same events and/or their aftermath are told from a different point of view. This change shows the ridiculous nature of what actually happened. The novel lives from the imperceptive nature and lack of common sense from the mc which leads to innumerable misunderstandings. These point of view (POV) chapters are the cherry on top of the cake of absurd misunderstandings.  As the story continues characters also become a lot more relatable to the extent of truly moving me emotionally. The overly optimistic and naive outlook of the mc is not only basis for misunderstandings but also motivating and heartwarming. He is a guy who wants to peacefully live and enjoy his life which he struggles to maintain. (In the beginning there isn't that much depth to the characters as later on, making especially Luna a character that is hard to understand and like in my opinion). Now for the overarching story and worldbuilding. The overarching story is there although it develops very slowly. The focus is more on the here and now while the gears turn in the background. One gets the feeling that - as is with the smaller story arcs - even the bigger story is slowly building tension and will very likely completely blow in the distant future.  The world itself is solidly built. It has a fixed framework and everything moves within while slowly exploring said framework (except the mc who is very oblivious to it and tramples all over established standards). Yes this review is way too long. But I think reading more than 350 chapters warrants a proper evaluation so here you go. Lastly thanks Zombie for writing and investing so much in bringing TUG into existence every single day.

GlaringError here! As I have already mentioned in my author review I am restating it here since I am getting tons of comments about it, that I am more of a reader myself than a writer, I made this novel in an attempt to capture my fantasy world residing in my mind into words.. Writing is new for me.. The premise of my novel is inspired by many great works that I have loved over the years. And some elements I have in my novel that are slightly similar to them but it's just the skeleton of it, the real meat of the plot is entirely my own cooking. Some of the influence that is more noticeable is from The Runesmith (By Kuropon), The King's Avatar (By Butterfly Blue) and Shadow Slave (By Guiltythree). I have immense respect for these legends and I can only hope to follow in their footsteps. To all those who comment just by judging the name, at least give it a chance before letting your opinions be known. Thank you.
