One of the best story in Webnovel: -Character: Have a well developed side character such as Valefar who used to be a human hating demon into a guy who understand human nature and even helping them. The protagonist Chance is actually one of the most motivated protagonist in webnovel. He literally a driving force for the story to move forward. As for antagonist, Bright is actually one of best one because he is threatening, calculative, and even defeating the protagonist. Even side villain feel different with one another and had their personal goal. Other side character although doesn't have much screen time, it's still feel different with one another. -World building: The world is pretty decent with people actually have reaction with the hellfire arm and the crisis. -Action: Early fight scenes was like a pokemon battle, but when the stories goes forward, it literally a fight scene of people that want to hurt each other with their powerset and creative way of how they used it. What I like the most is how the author describe every impact with the fight scene especially when the character got hit or injure. The fighting style also felt different with each character power. -Idea: Hellfire arms is actually one of the most interesting idea in this detective story and all the gun feel distinct with another. I also like the expansion of how the gun work or make by the gunsmith. -Plot: The plot is pretty good and keep moving forward, also setting a lot of interesting twist and mystery of the crisis. Some buildup in this story also well executed especially with Bright as the antagonist that literally become a main point of that give a huge impact to the narative. Writing Style: In my personal bias, I think this one of the best writing style in Webnovel. Even though there is a very little punctuation problem, it still readable and what I like the most, the Infodumb is not much or the infodumb itself doesn't make the story unreadable. Instead, I can clearly see a lot of showing in this Novel. Overall: I think really enjoy this story and I would rate it 9/10 for now based on my opinion.
