From the story so far it's clear that Adam aka K would shatter all the walls Alice has built around her heart and bring her back to her cheerful and happy go lucky self. Engaging story, likeable main and secondary characters, and lack of annoying and draggy misunderstandings kept me interested enough to pay and binge read this story. Was it original? No, but it was well paced and satisfyingly tied up loose ends for all characters, and the theme of how close-knit friends support and overcome challenges together left me with the warm fuzzies! I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a pick-me-up.

This is a good story with a strong ML and strong FL. The FL's stubbornness in fighting her feelings gets a little frustrating at times, but they both fail to communicate clearly, yet still reveal their true feelings by their actions especially when things really count. Definitely some misunderstandings, but so far, thankfully no third parties trying to come between them.
