heads up 5 chps in..... CD is more or less completely bland. MC is harem seeking...thats his goal. [ tag not there ]. other than that no personality. he does what OG MC did, to get one chick, and also another [ a heiress and a manager at the alchemy place ]. I wouldnt call MC smart cause he is following nei lie but not completely cause he dosnt want to [ my guess follow cannon. ]. CD as I said before is practically no existent. the MC fks the alchemy chick for the first time within hrs of meeting cause she drunk and she totally fine..no depression, or normal reactions. plot forced I guess. MC also does what nei lie did to get the chick with the illness. He has no purpose or proper/interesting goals....he has OP power [ the library thing, libary of heavens path or something. srry if I am wrong, idk the name ] and becomes OP fast. Theres also the fact that MC alters cannon and yet everything happens exactly like that... ie: MC is the shen dude but dosnt antagonize with nei lie, he dosnt allow argument with neilie and teach to happen and he steals an artifact from the treasure hunt, prevents nei lie from showing off, he prevents interaction with sick chick... and yet cannon still follows. like sure, they aint that big but they were major plot points. its stupid to think cannon still follows. overall .5 chps in, CD is just not there.. a normal TDG FF with MC focuses on getting chick and gets them by doing what nei lie did, and following cannon. becoming OP fast cause of goldfinger

you know...follow cannon if you want...I get its hard to think of shit but atleast build the CD, its the easier compared to the former...like it not only adds depth to story, but also gives more content. instead of just forcing it and doing cannon actions only MC does it instead.

Character Development. It's the personality of a character, how he evolve through the entire story. Here the MC doesn't have any personality, it's just "this is good. I'll do it" and "this is bad, I won't do it", without any coherency nor logic, just following the cannon.

This Fanfic was great the mc is an reincarnated villain who never really had relevance later on the story. The author completely changed his fate and I like the mc's attitude and he is likeable. Overall good story

I like how the MC is not cocky and doesn't think that he can do whatever he wants. Also like how people react to Nei Li's behaviour as it's absurd that he talks to City lord and how he calls him father in law even when there were no problems between Zi and MC.

I like this ff so far. The MC is 'completely' original, but the other character's personalities are very similar to the original story, except for Yang Xin; she is the unique problem of the story. I don't like her. However, the remainder is great.

This story is just ok. When is say ok i mean it's just average. There is no story development outside of skimming the main plot points, 0 character development for any characters, og mc has regressed from ultimate big brain to a petty child just to create tension to see if the Si mc and him will fight/ steal Og mc's girl, the plot is impossible to understand unless you are reading or have read what the original story which is not that bad but comes off as lazy and is confusing unless you can naturally fill in the gaps between the months worth of time that are covered in just a couple of chapters Conclusion: 4/10 would recommend to someone looking for popcorn entertainment that remember most of the original story
