He assumed it's the same thing based on appearance which we all learnt u must not judge a book by its cover(Which we like to do) but i digress. He didn't read the synopsis and just assumed when they vastly different.

He judged based on the words on the cover, not the appearance. The cover literally says "Game of the World Tree". Don't assume that other people made assumptions without checking the facts first.

That's true, just because he said something without a certain line to explain it all doesn't mean that he didn't know that. Also you never want to jump to conclusions.
