As far as fanfics go this is not bad at all in fact this fanfic is better than the average but the main problem it has is the way its being done like a Chinese cultivation novel(the ones where the mc is too high profile but says he is lowkey it doesn't track ) there is a difference in fanfics we have the wish or self fulfillment fanfics which is what yours is looking like and we have the normal fanfics which is mainly used to address stuff in the original story that you think could be better or in case of oc fanfics correct some plot lines to make it better. Being lauded as a genius is different from being a celebrity. as a NINJA what use is charm/charisma if it is not controllable. plus most fanfics are too engrossed in the cool powers their characters can acquire they don't even see how it makes the character weird and cumbersome, i mean why does a genius civilian end up having extremely recognizable doujutsu and kenkei genkai while his parents if traceable would prove it to be an impossibility and if not would still make his origin too confusing to be true. the long and short is when making OC characters depending of the backstory origin of the mc make him/her grow strong without trying to compound all sort of unique abilities in 1 person and also trying to rationalize the reason for gaining those abilities
