It's pretty much just a copy paste of the fanfic Life in DxD. They not only reincarnated as the same person, Tatsuya Shiba, but they also have the same abilities as in Life in DxD. Skill Creation, Saiki K's Psychic Ability. Not to mention their also both "High Humans." This novel is literally a copy paste in the first 5 chapters, I didn't read any past that which is why I didn't vote any higher or lower.

I did imitate "Life in DxD" but my plot as well as other elements or factors were mine. I don't give reviews before I finish the existing chapters so I suggest you do the same.
