The translation is good at all points. Thanks to the author for putting in the effort. And not to demotivate but that is likely the only good point. The plot is too flat there is nothing in the mix to make it better. And by flatness I mean as flat as this "._._._._._._._.". It's just; forge strong, forge strong, forge strong. It seems a bit too run of the mill. Also why has this been selected for voting?. There seems to be no apparent reason that would make it eye-catching enough to be put up for trial read.

When I read the description, it gave me the feel of what you've said. A problem I've seen with some recent novels is that the mc puts in just some effort and is rewarded too greatly. It removes any suspense and makes it that much harder to give him an exciting reward the next time. Just as an example - in like a week of only smelting and learning the ropes, an mc gains "such and such Mastery". A reader will start thinking that the Mastery isn't a big deal. After all, a newbie could achieve it in a short time.
