Review Detail of Novel_Nerd in Cultivation Online

Read 522 chapters in 2-3 days. Says wonders about how good this novel is. And even better yet I rarely skimmed the chapters, they were so engaging that I read most of them word for word. Anyway enough positive reviews there’s loads of other reviews that do it better, time for probably the only criticism I have. - Harem - Sorely lacking in side male characters. The author does an amazing job with all the mc’s female characters. Each of them leaving a memorable impression and nice back story even some mystery. But fuck me this novel could do with a bit of male bonding/ brotherhood aspect. Don’t get me wrong who doesn’t like a bit of harem here and there as long as it’s not over the top and the women actually have substance. But there has yet to be a male character be it in the real world or cultivation world that the mc actually talks to that would be with him in the long run. They are either enemies, fellow cultivators, his dreams or extras all of these last for a couple of chapters or an arc. Yes I get that’s how a harem works and this is just my preference but another male friend for the mc would be a breath of fresh air. Maybe the mc has trouble making male friends due to his sheltered upbringing I dunno. If the author has read this or if any of my fellow readers are up to date I would be grateful for any clarification or if there will be any male friends for our mc. Overall if you aren’t afraid of harem this is probably one of the best novels out there. Comparable to works like “Release that witch”. Also yes mc is naive but give it at least till chapter 10. Anyway enjoy the read ✌🏼
