The story is going quite the way we want it to be. The connection between the events and the mental stages they face before every arc, is connected to the main event in some way. I will not be giving a piece of entire information here and I can't entirely say what can happen, but I can definitely assure you about what you have said. The villains, the MC, FMC, and events, will all be introduced in a way in the incoming chapters. And don't worry, plot armor is the worst thing, and probably the thing that I and the writer hate the most. So it would be a big problem for us to put something ridiculous like that.
