The similarity of Rebirth and my Fan-fic are the guys abilities as well as Starting at Middle school, so the plot and story are different just some aspects of ideas from it.

I agree with you about the Mc losing against Teiko all the time but i understand why he did that. Tbh i hate simp mc like issei or mc that don't do shit when beyond 3rd base arrives. Shin will be a man and winner who shows the generation of miracles there place

Don’t worry about the other comment. It’s a childish reaction from people who have grown accustomed to wish fulfilment stories without any kind of purpose or character development. Rebirth in KNB is good, not perfect but the choices the author made were understandable

No, I just happen to appreciate good writing. I never said it was perfect but the choices made are backed by the story and his Mc doesn’t pull a win out of his ass. When a character is well written you can be frustrated or even angry with him. Dismissing my opinion by saying I’m a fanboy or even referring to other reviews is why I said the reactions are childish. You didn’t like what you read so you say that it is garbage. I can understand your frustration and I might have been a bit to rude when voicing my opinion but you should learn to recognize quality and separate it from you personal likes or dislikes. I do hope that someday you learn from this and become able to appreciate novels for what they are. I won’t say more than that since I don’t have the time nor the patience to dwelve on this topic. Well i know that author want let people know that basket is still team based and and you can't solo other team when their overall skill not much different and hey MC still at middle school so unless he get unlimited stamina he can't do all posisition by himself what will happen to him will be same when he doing it in second year, but in his 3rd year he will win not only he learned lesson from his 1st and 2nd year he also upgrade his skill. so i waited for the glory.

In my opinion, although there are things that some readers don't like for example he keeps losing to Teiko while having good wishes and also having good teammates in the 1st year and still lost to Teiko however I won't give it a one star because of that. I would always think about the plot of the novels that I've read, grammar, etc. The grammar on that novel is pretty good. The author tried to do something unique though readers are mad of it (even me who is defending the novel is kinda mad on how the way they lost.). It's not like the author just straight up copy the anime and just put the MC almost straight to canon to show how he good he is. The MC is not bland where he doesn't seems like a real person and the author actually build his character. The romance isn't actually force and is pretty good. These are the reasons why I think the novel doesn't deserve a one star.
