So ?? It just means The intelligence of two great characters are "Fu#ed" by Author as the MC is so dumb to utilize it!! He has Sharingan from young age but that shit couldn't even utilize it to grasp control of either Chakra/Mana !! As for waiting to see how mana or chakra work ?? what kind of bullshit is that ? No offense to you Author San I know it takes a lot of effort to create and write story BUT that's my honest opinion of fanfic. If you don't take what I say in negative maybe you can perhaps avoid plotholes in later chapters.
