Beware the Main Character is a capital D, Dumbass, He thinks he can grow strong from just training in the academy, as a 7-year-old, "Barely has any chakra" because he is 7, your body main develops in your **** years, look at naruto, He was trash in the academy, but was he hits 13, oh boy, his growth is monstrous, same with people like Sasuke or Sakura, or even Itachi.

Honestly, the only thing you get from clans, Clan Justus, High-level instructors, and easier to come by knowledge, I.E Kiba or Sasuke. you may say that Sasuke is talented, got trained by Orochimaru, and was the reincarnation of Indra. 1. While Sasuke has to work on, Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Genjustu, Shurikenjutsu, Summoning, Making more Jutsu, Making his already known Jutsus more high level, Learning to cancel Genjutsu from the Sharingan. 2. Everyone got trained by someone. You expect a High-level ninja to see someone with talent and leave it there for some random Joe to pick it up, Training a person most likely gains the loyalty of that person. 3. The Passive most, of the reincarnation, Faster learning when learning alone, a Higher potential than you normally would have. When the Sage of Six paths gave Sasuke HIS Chakra, Sasuke Gain the sage of six path's abilities of his Yin side. Naruto and Sasuke didn't get Ashura's or Indra's Chakra, they gained, Hagaromo's.

they did have their chakra tho as they were their reincarnation just like hashirama and madara or how else do you think madara got that rinnegan he mixed ashuras and indras chakra to get hagoromos
