Hi, this is Mr Voltaire (the translator)- you might know me from Shura's Wrath all the way back in the day, or The Lord's Empire more recently. It's pretty rare for me to immediately get into a novel and really enjoy it (especially when translating), but this was it. I was pleasantly surprised that this novel had a solid plot and good humour, and found myself getting through the chapters at the speed of light because of how much I liked it. How you all enjoy it as much as I do, and thank you for your support :D

I'll take your word for it as your good work as a translator speaks for itself. I enjoyed Shura's wrath until the plot decided that the mc needed to go dark. .. This novel won't have any twists like that will it?

So far, it doesn't seem like it. From where I'm up to, it seems like things will get more serious (so it's not just lighthearted item-collection), but I don't expect things to get as dark as SW.

Hm, I'm not sure about that. From where I'm not to, there's some foreshadowing and hinting, but nothing conclusive yet.
