MC is bland Characters interactions feel forced If he doesn't want to change any thing in the story or save his own family even though he say that he cared about them especially his brother so why choose the uchiha in the first place he could've just some unknown village as a starter place then buy all he need from the system and get stronger (he got the sharingan by a bloodline pill then eternal mangekyo by a 30 000 from system)

He only picked Naruto world as his first world to get stronger. He didnt feel the need to change anything because he was eventually going to leave. He could stop the uchiha massacre because he would either run into Itachi who he couldn’t beat or Obito who would gladly kill him.

Try creating a subtle background storyline following events of some background characters that has them lead up into the main storyline ( for example core events that happen in the Background characters' life to cause them to interact with the main storyline )
