I never once see he didn't copy a skill he like though.which chapter u refering to.may be I must have forgotten.but defenetly didn't see such thing.mc isn't retarded at all.what do u mean retarded?he train and make friends and gets strong.the only thing diffrent is he don't feel much bad when killing which is good for the world he is in.

i will reference one of the many times: He doesn't copy bloodline skills and then he "realizes he can" (tho that's just the author's fault not mc) This happens multiple times. Then the author's excuse basically makes the main character retarded.

pls.it was a single time thing.the reason is he can't absorb bloodline.so he naturally thought he can't do bloodline skill.the only prob I found is the timeline is messed up.this become more like can au.but sinse I never read Naruto before I find myself comfortable

He forgot copy skills ONE TIME and was because he thinked that he can't copy bloodline abilities, so isn't an author's mistake but part of the plot. But what I'm saying to you Mister Perfect who never did a mistake in your whole life.
