If the author can maintain just a little bit consistency in publishing new chapters, it will all be good. With that said, I like the setting of the story, it's not something you can see on this platform often. And that can also lead up to a problem, because people are more inclined towards mainstream stuff these days, but I think if the author can stick with this and believe in his story, he might actually get some recognition. Witnessing the future beforehand isn't something completely new, but the way it is set up in a modern world is good. There is no isekai here, it's just a straightforward story with a morally ambiguous MC, better termed, 'Anti Hero'. The MC isn't biased towards bad or good side and it is up to him to chose what good is and what bad is, but that is the main conflict he has with his ability, he has no emotions, so how is he going to pick a side? If he did, did he take the right choice? And the problems elevate, the story is still in it's first arc at the moment, and I'd still say it's great! I like how the series of events elevate. When I read the prologue, I liked the way the story was presented and knew that this story had potential, so let's just hope the author fleshes out some good character development and story. Seems promising till now!
