To clarify his review. The MC got Ciri pregnant. I did this to set up the ending of the story, this way I guarantee a happy ending. You guys just don't know what yet.

The main character will die and be reborn as his own child. That in combination with the elder bloods space time abilities will turn this into a true reincarnation isekai... I agree that you should have dragged the earlier part of the story out and developed the relationship more before the pregnancy though. :

I don't intend to drag the story out though, so this was a way to secure a great ending. This will have a definite end to it. I will not be transporting him to different worlds after the story is concluded. When the white frost is destroyed, I will start writing the final few chapters and epilogue. I don't know how many chapters there will be, but you all know when to expect the end.
