I'm glad that this book has been chosen. It's a good one, worth the time I spend reading mtl version. I'm currently at chapter no. 333, and till now there's very little info about the transmigrated FL. There are hints that she's from some miraculous doctor sect, and it seems from the same timeline as the story. She might actually be older than the ML. No mention of her original name or anything. She transmigrated to the FL's body. And it's certain that she had no contact with the people around her present self when she was in her original body. She knows nothing about the upcoming events.
