This is one of those easy reading novels that makes you forget about the time. The author did a great job telling the story. As a fan of cultivation novels, I am surprised that I enjoyed this where the female lead has a weak body and did not migrate with a system.😩 Both the main xters are well written. The female lead is smart and shameless.🤣🤣🤣 The poor male lead did not know he was already sold from their first meeting. I hope webnovel picks it.

Overall it's so good. .so funny and sa satisfying ..the couple is so cute...her monk and his widow.. Hahaha truly amusing but has a good development. I wish you guys to read this. .

I love the novel. It has romance, humour, face slap moments, fluffs and action. The sequence of events are tailored intriguingly. The plot is well written and the world back is descriptively developed!

At first I think it will be interesting book but after I read more I really hate the female lead too much. She is really a lustful woman always seduce man and too much calculating. I don't like she seduce man one after another too easily and involved with many man. It is too hateful and she looks like a woman in a brothel who always want to have a good life with a man. Sometimes I think something is really wrong with her head. She has the ability to survive without the need of a man too take care of but she always wants a man to take care of. I would accept if she really love the man but she is not. I suddenly think that love is not important but she needs a man to pleasure her or something.

(LONG REVIEW) Don't be thrown off by the synopsis, it really doesn't do the novel any justice. It makes it seem like any other transmigration novel out there. Set up: 1. Modern day strong FL in body of weak ancient woman 2. ML (powerful) currently living humble life as a monk next door BUT: 1. *NOT* a cultivation novel, no focus on fighting or training etc. Just enough jump rope to get a healthy body that won't die in the winter. 2. "Weak body" doesn't magically become strong and gets revenge like every other novel ever. FL is MENTALLY STRONG/STREET SMART but still physically weak (docile, need ML protection in the form of shelter, hugs and care). 3. FL x ML have slow burn romance, it slowly builds but it's SO wholesome. Not the "hey I laid my eyes on you, now you're mine!!" For pacing, by 39 ch they are both very much aware of their feelings and openly flirt. The fluff starts very early on, not like the ones where you wait 100 ch for them to be like "ooh what is this feeling" and then another 100 for maybe a kiss. 4. Currently takes place in a TEMPLE. No palace fighting (as of now), no consort ranks, no schemes or poison etc. Just good ol nature and homemade food delivery for fluffy goodness. G-rated flirting, but you can totally tell they like each other. 5. NO OTHER LOVE INTEREST. ML is focused only on FL. And she's bold enough to say that she can't share her man. Boy will be whipped in the future. 6. Great character design and world building. The characters are so fleshed out and the way they react has so much personality. Not like other novels where servants are cared for, but are basically background props in terms of personality. s/o to ML's servant for being best wingman.
