Good question. First of all, when I say harem, I don't mean being with hundred ladies. Just a small bunch like two to three. Secondly, in the future plot they'll be good reasons for him having more than one. He and Yemoja were a power couple but see how that turned out. Thirdly, The slice of life has to do with the reasons for betrayal. In the future chapters you'll understand what I'm talking about. Please don't drop it and kindly support with your power stones.
