Woah. Let me set the backdrop for ya. The story has a grayish, if not a darker tone. I must warn you of its extremely sensitive theme, which really piqued my attention ever since the flashbacks began. Writing - my issues lie in the first poetic entry because of the errors I spotted. Also, in the first chapter, there were paragraphs that are a tad bit long, so it will be better to space them properly to give the readers more room for breathing. Once you get past the first chapter, there's no going back. The rest were splendid. Characters - Oh they were really the ones who got me into this. I like how they were described, and how real they seem. Its like they're really alive as you read them. Their dialogues are a delight to read. Development - Sold for me! the flashback transitions? Genius. It keeps the mystery going. The recurring theme becomes obvious by then. Overall, this book is a must read for those who like angsty and grayish themes. Good job! 👏
