Good story idea. But for me I don't fancy the idea of the mc narrating the story. I believe everything is alright for the mc to narrate it. It won't put us in suspense. Kinda like the idea of your book. Good to read. But how the hell the they get a mate. I don't kind of understand

I totally understand and respect your opinion, also I appreciate it. I personally believe that writing using points of view can keep the readers close to the character. For the mate, here are some of the main rules of the mate bond. In the Lycan//werewolf world, mates are for life each and everyone has a mate( a destined soulmate). A Lycan//werewolf might find it mate when he turns 16 years if not it may take like forever. But whenever Lycan//werewolf finds its own mate, they fell instantly both in love. Rejecting your mate means rejecting your destiny as a result it caused eternal misery to both male and female. A mate can be either werewolf or Lycan or human. Accepting the mate pull can be only by : First: Accepting mentally your mate. Second: Marking your mate. Only the can mark his mate by biting one another on the neck, The mark will keep the other Lycan and Werewolf away from the mates. Only the Lycans and werewolves are able to see the mark on a she-wolf, humans can't see the mark. Third: sealing the bond - It happens only if they both fully mated (by having ***). Missing one of these steps means that the mate bond is incomplete. But once the mate bond is complete, both of the mates became like one soul. They get to read each other's thoughts, feel the same feelings, and more. It also became impossible for them to live without each other. One of them's death can cause the death of the other one, and if it's not it may cause an eternal misery.
