The story appears to be a realistic quasi-medieval setting. If there are fantasy parts, that has not come across by Chapter 12. It involves some Noble politics discussions (though nothing too heavy), domain-level building (probably will touch settlement building at a high-level as the MC runs a Viscountcy with 3 villages and a Castle right now), and depending upon direction of development it could touch Kingdom vs Kingdom conflict, inter-Kingdom conflict, and/or both. Combat/Action has all been small skirmish level and social/political by Chapter 12. However, as stated above the story may develop into something with battles depending on plot direction. If you are expecting lots of action, the story might seem a bit slow. However, outside of the expectations of that type of person the pacing is quite good. As the story is always moving forward, and the MC is not OP nor has any special powers/luck that solves their problems instantly. As stated earlier this is a very realistic type novel so problems are solved incrementally over time. There are a lot of potential plot points already (i.e. by Chapter 12), so it will be interesting which get developed fleshed out. Which I mentioned in this 1st paragraph could drastically change the direction/what we see in the novel.
