They put the notice of refund in ch 1 of every novel. They used to do it by themselves. But after noticing that people do not care much, they only do it now on demand. If you request refund, you would get it but if not then nothing. As for which novel, go to your profile, click on the coins count, then several tabs will appear. Check the consume tab. That novel will be there. Then email service@webnovel.com with screen shots.
