Nice plot. The synopsis is enough to make anyone want to read your book. There are a lot of grammatical errors in the book. Also, you have mixed the tenses. You can work on that. Besides that, it's a good read. Keep writing!

The first few chapters felt really dark and grim which was quite a nice fit for the novel's concept. I like the idea since outward appearance or beauty is such an overrated aspect of a person and how this novel portrays beauty as something that isn't all rainbows and butterflies is something that i find quite unique and interesting. Kudos to you, author!
