If you're talking about the book name: That was intentional. I like the flow of it cuz it carries a deep meaning for me. If you're asking about the chapters: To be honest, I never thought that writing names to he chapters was compulsory. Until a few pointed out that to me. Hell, I didn't even know you were supposed to write names of the chapters! But I'm currently writing another book, 'they fall apart'. And I will be writing chapter names in them. I'll start publishing the chapters right after I finish with 'the lost and the gone'. :)
