Typical problem of most WN readers this days. They love dark, ruthless, evil mc (dark theme mc). Honestly they are developping mindest of psychos. Add the Horny R-18 + Harem fans are the most barbaric people I've even seen, basically refuse their ideas and they will shower you with a rain of insults, sometime I learn new dirty words from them. They are basically the teachers of Bad/Fool Mouth language. Peace for Us normal readers, and hell for those dark theme psychos along with harem/R-18 freaks.

I don't know of it's that extreme but yeah, once i saw a guy commenting on some fanfic of Pokémon, You know, a children game and anime, that he wanted the mc to form an harem with his mother and sister, i was like... Well nothing to complain about when the author wants to do the hero job... and ancient one having him on leash is probably how it should be...you know characters got to feel real And tbh we cant go into normal novels and complain that the mc wants to be a hero...cause there are anti hero or villains novel.. and about the gamer of the manhua not being on leash is just cause he's got FREINDS in higher power system of the world...you cant really expect the author to change personality of other characters to suit your taste you know!
