I originally went to read thinking'oh alien arbiter from halo 3, that's interesting....' Nope. Not him but still good so far, although most of it so far is just from the original ln. So to say that is a bit pointless but from what he put in so far it looks potentially promising. But it is a major downer that there is no real Arbiter....sigh. Nostalgia killed.
