This is my third book in Webnovel and also a continuation/sequel to My Little Sweet Wife. You guys can read it as a standalone, but to avoid confusion, I advise you to read the first book first. English is not my first language and there will be a lot of grammatical errors. I have started reading this novel and I really have to say that it hits all the checkboxes for what i am looking for - distinct characters, tension between the ML and female lead, and parental drama. I plan on going to read the prequel first before coming back to this one. Great job so far author!

Honestly, I think this one is much better than the first one My Sweet Wife which some plot ain't make sense when people attempted murder but can be freed and the despicable that Qin guy. I hope there is not much OTT drama in this book and for once people take marriage seriously. The first book in my opinion degrading marriage as it is just put as if only a piece of paper so easy to divorce. With Wen is much older hope he can role modelling how to to treat a relationship in a mature way. Overall. this is well written
