I have to say this is a nice one Its not anything new or unique but it gives the reader a feeling that its going somewhere and not just gonna drag on forever without ever concluding anything like some books on this platform

I agree, but it seems author really needs to lay down a lot of subtext/exposition between the storyline and that kind of drags it progression... I think is a promising novel but I have my doubts it will be made a first Editor's pick.
