I am ok with what you wrote earlier but this math part is right and wrong. Right because it's indeed the result but wrong because webnovel wants money so they will be happy to take those 1 for 100000 than 1000. You should be aware of this website customers service, not carring one bit about you going against what they have chosen for you. At best the poll exist to know what you like so that they can customize the content into a trend then they take as many novel as possible to get as many 1$ as possible. What I meant is, that majority of readers are pretty pissed off with webnovel and its prices. So if webnovel appeases majority of readers, by implementing the policy I mentioned above (which is translating more chapters for existing novels) more people will be buying chapters. But now only a small amount of rich readers can afford to buy premium for every novel they read. (Btw only 6% of qidian readers buy chapters) Like I guess I can afford maybe once a month to spend 15$ for a novel if I indeed like it very much and want something to read, but like to spend 15$ for 5,6 or 7 novels? I get it friend really i do but remember behind Webnovel is a big giant who doesn't give a shit about the money earned but the user base. You may think that the user base will leave but it's only a minority because Webnovel is squishing the concurrence like mad, i am an exemple, i use to read on other websites but little by little they start to get their novels taken over and i had to follow to read and i even had to pay to keep going (i too buy spirit stones (reluctantly)). But i am an objective person, ik this site isn't about charity but number, they floid the market with "popular" novels to attract as much readers as possible, they keep you here for 200-300-500 chapters then they stop updating those. While you wait everyday you will notice some other novels and get hook and start to use this site more, it's a literal controlled orgasm followed by another girl who swap with tge current one before you get to the climax and you can't say no because you yourself want more.
