Start by contracting sprites was better ı can agree with that but you should read this novel again mc didnt reaincarnated into a silkworm farmer at all this is his first life. second he didnt became slave. third his orginal pet is silkworm as for crocodile its his second pet. please review novels after you read novel correctly.

yeah i read the first couple chapters and it said that the mc was somehow in a castle I think and a girl said "how does it feel for your first time" and thought he was a slave or something because of that and skipped a couple chapters and just read the part where the mc joined the academy

No. You're wrong. This is not like 'start with contracting sprites' at all. First, this is not a reincarnation genre at all. Second, mc is a guy with a past. He was actually an op mc that changed career. There are two power types. One that strengthen oneself and the other rearing pets. Mc was a former type and was very strong but changed career due to reasons.

I would also be disappointed if I had not read ahead on mtl... It's still a good read cuz the genre is kinda rare but as we all know, there will be a tournament arc where basically it's east vs west and shit. Idk about you guys but I'm at least tired of reading competition arc or tournament arc where it goes like "look how powerfull country A is compared to country C, they are more arrogant than us as if they are better. I have to bring honor to my country C and crush them". That's the vibe of it and I stop reading the Mtl because of it..
