As someone who is up to date with all the 1260 chapter currently out in Qidian in Chinese. I can only say this story only get better and better imo. So I'm really looking forward to it getting translation over chapter 700 and higher coz imo both the plot and the humour get far better than it already was. this novel is good but it has a slave business and the content is very heavy?

I don't recall him enslaving anyone after the first time he did it out of anger. Eventually he lets her leave without abusing her. The protagonist keeps the women he defeated as his human cauldrons to further his cultivation, but in most cases they were meant to be cauldrons to begin with. Unlike other people he doesn't completely drain them of their cultivation either. This particular aspect of the story is something that exits in the background of the story. The sexual content is very rarely mentioned graphically. (This story is really big. A chapter is two to three times the average cultivation novel size.)
