Review Detail of LuluTulu in The Neuroalchemist

Heads up!!!!! this book is the second story of the "technorunner" story, so read that before you head into this one. also the first auxiliary chapter is important for world background. (I have no idea why the author put it such an important part in there). I like the pacing so far, it's not too slow, but it's not too fast, and it's just right for a short story like this one.
