Hello, I just started reading your novel so I am not far along but the couple of chapters I read just leave me flabergasted. For starter I really can't agree with the fl action when her husband just got shot. The fl is aware that her 6 year old son just witness his father got shot and even know that this incident may cause him trauma but she left him alone with only butler and maids... not even one trusted ***** or familiar person with him for 12 long hours. Imagine a child of 6 just saw this kind of incident... he will be scared and want to be with someone he trusted mainly the mother to soothe him and tell him everything is alright but the fl went MIA for 12 hours and none of his sibling are by his side. He will look next for familiar ***** who he can trust. But all along I can see that only servant surrounding him. Well someone might stay along with him but since it never mention on those early chapter I just assume that he was left alone with the butler and maids. I can't even blame this to lack of knowledge since the fl keep on worrying her son might have a trauma. Maybe you can add a couple of sentence to at least remedy this situation. 2nd things that makes me wonder are there no police or authorities? Shooting in open space especially involving member of rich family can't go unnoticed unless someone purposely trying to cover it. The police will definitely investigate the crime scene and question the main witness... her 6 years old son. They will come and go at the house to investigate moreover wont someone assign to protect the victim? This is an attempt murder case. Since the victim still alive won't they assume that the murderer will act once more? Well their lack of existance just left me wondering. If there's some plan at foot their lack of existance can be explain but I'm surprise the fl never question it. Anyway I love that you didn't go for the usual young, naive and beautiful mother and instead went for mature woman as fl. I love it more since from the synopsis show that this is not a reincarnation or transmigration novel. We are lacking this kind of novel. I'm looking forward to the future development. Keep up the good work 😁

But in most of the cases of high profile, police is kept away and especially, this happened in their own house not like they were in public space so police will know only when someone tells them. In future chapter, you will understand why Su Xi is not going to police for investigation... I'm glad it's not something accidentally overlooked regarding the police. I'm looking forward to what happen next. I'm glad you will add some extra sentence for Ye Shan. I have soft spot for children so I just don't feel right reading how he was treated at the chapter. Hope you don't mind my little opinion. Anyway hope you have a nice day.
