Review Detail of Docnox in Pokemon: The Advent

The setup is original enough, new world, new timeline... and thats all the good i have to say. The main character is shallower than the barely mentioned supporting cast. The fact you immediately give him half a team of strong Pokémon and a bunch of OP exploits undercuts all character growth potential. Then you follow that up with secluded training... there’s zero attention to pacing, story development, or characters. But it’s still... relatively early, you failed the start and hook but the world you’ve set up could support a great story.
