Pacing is way too slow and most of it is monologue. The monologue just keeps repeating itself as well. We learn about his potential very early on, and the mc keeps bragging about it on and on. Even in the latest chapter (Chapter 9/8) he's talking about how much potential he has. We got it the first time, theres no need to keep on harping about it. Aside from his potential, he also keeps talking about his humanity. Something about him not wanting the anger to overwhelm him like it did with doomsday. This makes him keep his straight jacket on, but the moment he has to fight the straight jacket comes off. You should recognize the hypocrisy here. He spends paragraphs and paragraphs talking about how dangerous the dc is, and how he doesn't wanna be here. Yet he still decides to keeps the jacket on to avoid harming people? Dc is dangerous. You should defend yourself when you're in danger. the jacket should've come off the moment he got out. It's not rocket science. This whole fic seems like the author doesn't know how to write action at all. If there was no fight scenes I would've thought this was slice of life. Grammar is okay, there's run on sentences but a surprising lack of spelling mistakes. The side characters are okay, I think? I've never been a fanatic about dc so I don't know how faithful they are to the original.

I get you like the author but atleast admit or shad up when the novel is just that bad and stop going on people who are just reviewing what the novel is just cuz you have nothing better to do
