I'm currently don't have the time to gather the materials from the story to give some counter-opinion to your review, though it might be easier to exchange opinion if you give enough references to your review. I'm afraid it would be unfair to the author and and future reader if I left your review as is The-girl-who-has-been in-love-for-a-long-time, would it be fine to assume that you're referencing Satsuki by that description? As I have said on another of your review there's a reason why their reason stagnated for a long time and made me reluctant to call Satsuki's feeling as love but would rather called them adoration and reliance on Sakuma past deed. When Ruki came that's made their relationship start moving again and I'm glad for Satsuki that it happen when Ruki beside her. I don't want say much about the story here so I only hope it's enough convince and reassure any future reader to give the Author a chance to finish his story. Last review for Satsuki and Sakuma relationship. Their past might not just about two of them, their future might also not only about two of them but the author still leaving a chance for both of them to be happy.

The point went above your head. It's not about their past or the future, it's about some random guy with almost zero relative interaction to a girl asking if they could **** so she can gain XP for boss fight, and the girl despite being shy to even show affection for a guy she has been infatuated with for 6 fucking years, agrees easily. That's a hentai logic not good enough for a story. It only adds to the fact that every female character is part of a herd that blindly follows the mc, similar to Chinese xianxias. And this very trick the authors use is what irks me the most, they purposely start out with shitty characters, give them some backstory and boom *character development*.

The story qualifies as a good porno novel but the story development is still lackluster compared to how it's being praised. Just because it has too much monologues and edgy MC doesn't mean it's 'great'. It's decent at best and hence a 3.5 or whatever shit I rated it.
