Trust me, when a cute girl actually do a cosplay, it works. But when your average neighbor Joe/Jessica do it, it look like a horror movie

They just don't take costumes seriously and buy some cheap things. It's look mostly horrible, even though it's wasn't actually hard to make. Like chun-li cheogasm, or Tifa outfit*(I mean, it's just a piece of cloth that you can find easily) there some really hard choices though. Like Darth vader(plastic?) or Samus (good latex, costly). Eh, I was Kratos one time actually. Getting myself in white particles (I can't find word) by others hand, was weird.
