If you do not like novels that have a random female popping up mid way through the story than this novel is not for you. At chapter 15, the mc saves this young girl and she follows him around. I glanced at the next dozens of chapters and she still was a part of the story. Unfortunately, I wasted my time and had to drop this novel. It is really too bad because the novel was pretty good before that moment.

it's as cliche as it gets mc sees a damsel in distress and save her (let's ignore the fact that Mc is for the most part emotionless) and Mc regards most humans as insects but for some reason, she sees something in her I forgot what he called it ohh expectations
king_kermit:isn't chapter 15 still early in the story? why does it matter of a new character is introduced. btw i havent read it yet, im just curious if the introduction was done poorly in decently.
