⚠️Spoiler Alert⚠️ Okay, so out of curiousity, I read this book using google translate and after 100+ I jump read the book and only looking the part near the ending (1000++ chapters) For those who love supernatural genre then you'd like it for sure as this book involves exorcise, ghost, curse, evil spirit and etc. I appreciate this part because it's quite different genre FL is type of strong FL who had gone through rebirth and ML is the same kind cold handsome heir also a CEO. There's nothing wrong really but the more I read the more I realize MC had trust issue with each other (will contain misunderstanding). ML sometimes too proud to explain to her. You know, the same bloody dog drama 🙄🙄 but their enemies rely on curse, evil spirit, insidious method and so on. There will be so many 'white lotus' in this book. The conclusion is I drop this book because of the plot is kinda similar to those that have ML as CEO and weak FL with lots of misunderstanding and miscommunication. It's just I'm not a masochist so 🤷♀️

If you put aside the romance, this is interesting story. I agreed with you about the ML too stubborn. It's like hot and cold with the ML, when they broke up. He's the first to say the word broke up but when FL seriously said to broke up, he's back to be affection with FL. All bcs FL drunkenly said she will find other guy if ML can't marry into her family. When FL try to communicate, he avoid her. What a childish man. But I read it for the ghost story. Every story become more interesting. Hope you consider again to read it
Well, I got interested only in the ghost story though because it's well written and a 'hard-to-find' story indeed. It maybe because I expect a lot more from MC and the number of white lotus that show up one after another that made me annoyed. Not expecting the MC to be perfect, but the story just gives off the same vibe as the other novels that Webnovel translates. It's only preference in the end 🙂

Seriously, this ML is like an annoying freak, sometimes control freak... I don't feel like he is cold and handsome at all, but it gives me the feeling of frustrate and annoy especially when everyone has to give in to him and whatever he says go. He is like a GOD in this novel instead of MC who is OP. I really really really don't like this kind of control in romance and ML's character in this novel.
FL is also very inconsistent with him, the problem is both of them, they are both quite strong and cold, plus FL always thought that they were going to separate at some point, the opportunity came and she said goodbye 🏃♀️👋 😂 also neither did she she realized when the ML was almost taken away by the devil inside him😈 (but if something happens to the friend, she noticed immediately 🤔)
