If you are one of those Horror Enthusiast, you're gonna love this novel. Also, kudos to you people because I could never! 👏 👏 👏 Look. Eventhough I'm a big scaredy cat and knowing that this has a horror element in it, I still decided to check this out. How can I be sure if I can handle something until I read it you know? The first few chapters were not too bad. We have her rebirth, then we have the adorable daughter-father interaction (no scum dad here YAY) and some face slapping to her evil relatives who did her and her dad wrong. Was also hinted that our ML died early in the past life so if the story goes how I think it will, it's a big NO DUH that she is surely going to save him in this life. But when it got to the point where Sadako-chan was slowly crawling outside the mirror with her hideously bloody mouth wide open ready to devour the living daylights out of our FL, my brain was instantly like: Knock knock. Who's there? Not me coz I'm outta here ✌! 😭😭😭

i realy like this story.. hope to see this story continue.. but i hope her father not dead after her rebirth i am waiting this story to continued......

⚠️Spoiler Alert⚠️ Okay, so out of curiousity, I read this book using google translate and after 100+ I jump read the book and only looking the part near the ending (1000++ chapters) For those who love supernatural genre then you'd like it for sure as this book involves exorcise, ghost, curse, evil spirit and etc. I appreciate this part because it's quite different genre FL is type of strong FL who had gone through rebirth and ML is the same kind cold handsome heir also a CEO. There's nothing wrong really but the more I read the more I realize MC had trust issue with each other (will contain misunderstanding). ML sometimes too proud to explain to her. You know, the same bloody dog drama 🙄🙄 but their enemies rely on curse, evil spirit, insidious method and so on. There will be so many 'white lotus' in this book. The conclusion is I drop this book because of the plot is kinda similar to those that have ML as CEO and weak FL with lots of misunderstanding and miscommunication. It's just I'm not a masochist so 🤷‍♀️

The parts I liked were when the so called ML didn’t appear. The ML is just a misogynistic and controlling person who will force the FL into a relationship. I really like the storylines and the FL is good except when she deals with the ML. She just can’t stand up for herself and it’s beyond frustrating. He is not relationship material except for his looks and the fact that he’s wealthy.

The story was great. But i don't like controlling men, where in the fl can't given decide on her own for instance the pregnancy chapter, the male lead would rather may the assumption true rather than telling the truth, I understood his stance not hurting his grandfather's heart but where is the decision of the fl? What about her father? Her future? It was funny at first but it irritates me.

male lead is trash but scenes with him are few compared to plot. story is entertaining and different, the horror parts reminds me of the old Chinese horror films. I shouldn't have read the water ghost part at nighttime, couldn't fall asleep.[img=faceslap]

WARNING FOR ALL THOSE ROMANCE LOVERS! *SPOILER ALERT* I really really loved this book. It's full of interesting ideas and written extremely well. It's not your typical novel. It's a novel with a twist: ghosts! The story is so exciting that I had to stay awake to read it. One arc had me comepletely hooked where I really couldn't take my eyes off but was afraid to continue reading at the same time. I had goosebumbs all over. BUT if you are a romance lover OR hate posessive and crazy MLs, I unfortunately have to disappoint you. I read this story until chapter 560 and I'm not sure if I am able to continue it. The only reason why I was reading it until now was because of its unique concepts with ghosts, charms, exorcism and more. I loved how everyone mocked her for being so young and believing in strange things. When she warns them she gets all the hate. In the end they idolize her and want to buy all her talisman and what not. I love those faceslaps! BUT that ML... no I can't. At first I just ignored the chapters with him in it and scrolled past their interactions. I'm sorry but I don't like him AT ALL. There's nothing romantic about their relationship. I hate it when the ML is all about "I want you... NOW" and he's that ML. How can it be romantic when she says she doesn't want to and he ignores it and gives it to her the whole night even if it hurts her just because he's thirsty? The story was tooooo exciting for me to just abandon it. That's why I read it that far. But chapter 560 had me thinking.... Here's an excerpt: “The pain was worse than when someone had bitten her just now. Chi Shuyan woke up and her face changed. She was about to turn around, when the man behind her grabbed her waist. Sensing the familiar male hormones, Chi Shuyan finally realized who the man behind her was, where she was, and what the man was doing. Wait, it was already so late; what was this man still doing? Qi Zhenbai turned his wife’s head and kissed her fiercely a few times, making her swallow a lot of his saliva before he let go of her, panting heavily. He said in a deep and hoarse voice, “Continue sleeping, don’t worry about me!” Chi Shuyan: … After a while, Chi Shuyan was tormented until she was sweating profusely. How could she sleep? Also, did this man take some sort of medicine or was he provoked by something tonight? Why was he being so aggressive? Chi Shuyan’s mind was blank and she no longer had any other thoughts.. She drifted in and out of consciousness.” -> "Continue sleeping, don’t worry about me!" Whaaat? -> "She drifted in and out of consciousness." Excuse me again, but whaaat?? All in all if you don't care about the romance or the ML, I can only recommend it. The story is sooo soooo good!! Why does the ML have to be like that? T-T

I think this has been taken off of trial read? (well atleast in my phone it is) which is sad because a lot of people would be attracted to the original plot😭😭😭😭 I'm sure that coin users will come rushing (and I'll especially use them if I wasn't so broke😭😭)

I read all the chapters to the end, a good novel, although in the middle of the story both protagonists have angered me (they are very stubborn), if they had said what they had in their hearts, the great misunderstanding would have been avoided. I was angry that FL had not been when ML needed her the most🥺 but well ML didn't tell him either 🤷‍♀️. PS: as FL solves several cases with ghosts and dead, there are some cases in history more creepy than others, so the recommendation is that if you are fearful and do not like it, skip those parts or do not read at night 👻🤫
