**Review as of 39 chapters** I usually leave a review after the first 60 chapters but no coins/passes right now and I have to get it off my chest as I went through the free chapters fast. This is a novel about an actress and a soldier who meets in Tibet. She trespasses into a restricted access part of the area and was injured in an accident. The ML was the one was dressed up her wound for her. FL was upset that he saw her naked and there starts the fued between the two. She's a popular actress with a good body (curves, tall, c cup) and so she flaunts it to ML knowingly. She can probably come off too strong and annoying. I can imagine this as a drama and she starts about being mouthy and bratty making viewers annoyed by her character. ML is our quiet, muscular, law abiding, and stubborn captain. He doesn't say much but somehow still oozes *** appeal to our FL. I don't know how some readers will take the sexual aspects of this novel. I feel like it could be a little try hard or enjoyable to read, depending on how you view this topic. I felt both at different points of the story. What I liked about it so far: 1. Her personality. It adds humor to the story due to how she is so full of herself. How she takes action to try to catch the ML's attention and seduce him. 2. It's not a new plotline but it is a breath of fresh away from the usual themes of transmigration, evil sister, horrible family, etc. I like to see a variety of storylines on this platform, even if the plot isn't new. 3. It's a lighthearted read so far because there's not a lot of dark and sad themes 4. No rape scene so far. A forced kiss was given though 5. The style of writing makes it easy for me to paint drama like scenes in my head. It's not my favorite style to read though. Dislikes so far: 1. The writing/translation isn't the best. I don't care too much about grammatical errors as I make TONS of those. There are times when I'm reading and I'm confused on what's going on due to how certain things are word/structured in the sentence or between. It could seem choppy and makes me diverts my attention away from the story to understand what's going on. 2. Chapters are super short meaning that there's not much being written to expand the plot. Leading to the next dislike.... 3. Lack of details. I feel like I've totally skipped over character and background introduction of these characters and plotline. I don't need lengthy unnecessary chapters but we don't know much about these characters at all. For example, when the ML asks the grandpa what be thinks of the FL, he said that she's a hypocrite and is two-faced but she's not a bad person. We never really got to see how she's a hypocrite because all she did was bicker with the ML and seduce him. The author just uses character's dialogue or thoughts to tell us but we could use some details in the scenes. Ex: we know she cooked with the aunt, maybe show another side of her through this instead of just saying she cooked with the aunt. I can tell the author is trying to depict the FL as a misunderstood bad girl who's actually good at heart but we don't get scenes to prove that. (I feel like I'm being redundant now. I'm sure you get the point). Side note: FL seems to have some hidden cool girl talents like the kick she sent the ML and her driving skills. Sadly not too much details. Despite that rant, I honestly really enjoyed reading the first set of free chapters. I gave it low ratings because even if I like it and it continues to get translated, I don't think it would be worth the coins/passes. There's so many other novels as its competitor. I don't know how the rest will play out though as everything is played so fast without details. I can't imagine 500+ chapters of this novel for some reason. Like I can't tell which direction the author will take it. I would love to continue reading if it gets picked and will comeback to do an updated review. Best of luck to this one. What were your guy's thoughts and opinions so far? Would love to hear it as well.
