The story is interesting and different but I kind of see myself struggling to get into it. I am not sure what is not clicking for me. The whole aspect of her feeling uncomfortable unless she sees or have physical contact (touching/kissing) with the male lead just irks me. I am hanging on to it (chapter 37 as of the time this is bn written) to see if the author can explain why this is happening. This is why I wish the author would have explained it to the readers from the get-go to avoid misconceptions and such. I am not a fan of her parents. Sure they love her blah blah blah but they are too weak. Especially the father. How can you let you mother just verbally abuse your wife every single time and you look to your father for rescue. And the fl's mother keep making up excuses instead of growing a spine. As for the evil grandmother and the irrelevant villains', so outdated in their game. The grandfather is just blah. They don't deserve the female lead. As for the male lead, the jury is still out until I get to the bottom of why the female lead acts the way she does.

Review update: I am already on chapter 110 and a lot has happened. I will not spoil it but I will say that this book is a yes for me right now. Shout to the "new" mom and dad. They showed out their strength. The irritating idiots are still annoying but the book is good. Still side eyeing the ML but he is growing on me. Part of me just want the FL to remain cute forever. Hahahahaha
Im at chp 20 & hesitating whether to continue or not. Does it explain the forcefully “falling in love” thing by then?

Not yet but go ahead and read. It is really good. I think the forced part is the FL bn too naive to understand what happens when you like someone (I think). So far no forceful contact etc. The male lead just operates in the background to help her out.

This book has supernatural things. This "forced to fall in love" thing is related to it. You'll get to know that this thing was actually good for her. Besides this there is no "forced" part. I'm assuring you. I have read all the chapters already in raw form. ❤️❤️❤️ waiting for more updates
