Very true. The plot is just a dumb series of "lucky" events, that happen just in time to help the MC. Fortuitous encounters galore.

I agree. This is one of these lower tier novels. They can be enjoyed, but mostly by middle schoolers or 8th grade syndromers. Even Trembling at a High Altitude is times better despite likewise young master enemies.. Looking for something on the level of Legendary Mechanic, Lord of Mysteries, World's Best Martial Artist and couple of others.

I usually read the reviews before i start reading a novel as i don’t want to waste time on crap novels so plz explain, preferably with spoilers!

If I remember correctly World's Best Martial Artist has a manhua adaptation, but the title is kind of different from the novel with it's Manhua title being Global Martial Arts.

its is typically CN plot line. " Luck ". An unbelievable, heaven defying, super plot armor and etc...this novel is good for passing time.

Brother, i relate. The legendary mechanic, in my opinion, is the best novel i have read to the end. Its quite hard to find a novel thats up to par with it

TLM is my least favourite suggested novel. I got farther in this than I did in that one. Never understand why anyone liked that book
